Very versatile
I'm using this for Hot Shot Apex lures. It stores them without wrapping the leader around the lure and compromising the line

No where near perfect.
Bought one of these as I am a big Spinnerbait guy. It does hold some baits but not all will stay in the holders. It also does not hold buzz baits.
