Warranty Policy

Plano® products come with a one year warranty, valid upon presentation of a proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. If there are any issues within this one year warranty period, we are pleased to offer replacements or parts, subject to availability. In the event that a particular product is no longer in stock but is still under warranty, we will either provide a comparable product or extend a credit accordingly.

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear. 

In order to file a claim, please contact us directly at the phone number or email provided below. Please provide the following information: 

  • Your name and shipping address (no p.o. boxes)
  • Model number of product
  • Photograph of unit clearly showing the model
  • Photograph clearly showing the damaged area(s) of the product
  • Proof of purchase receipt
  • A brief description of how it was damaged
