    Wrong bag

    I ordered the Pro Series bag for the reason that the lid doesn’t use cheap latches to secure the top down but instead uses magnets which is an ingenious concept.I was looking forward to using it on a fishing trip out on my buddies boat last month. The package that arrived was 3 days before we were to go so I was very happy until I opened it to find exactly the box I did not want with those chintzy flimsy front straps. I immediately called Plano customer service and their agent was vey apologetic and told me he would put in for the correct bag and get the order going . That was on Nov. 14 which has been over 2 weeks ago and I spoke with another service representative a couple of days ago but I was told there is a backup at their plant and they do not have a time frame when I will receive the correct bag. Very disappointing!!!!
