I recently picked up the EDGE Jerkbait Box 3700, and I have to say—this thing is incredibly handy. Finally, a tackle box that actually gets jerkbaits! The vertical hanging design keeps my baits from tangling, which used to drive me crazy in regular boxes. Hooks stay sharp, finishes stay clean, and I can see everything at a glance without digging.

The build quality is solid, like all the Plano EDGE products, and I really appreciate the Dri-Loc seal that helps keep out moisture and rust. The WaterWick system is a nice bonus too. It’s super easy to load, and the latch system is smooth and secure.

I can 100% see the concept. The issue is slightly wider jerkbaits don’t fit that well in the cradles they created for the body of the bait. Another issue is i use Mustad Triple grip trebles that come on the KVD jerkbaits don’t fit in the square compartments they created for the hooks. Regular #2 round bend trebles do fit but anything beyond a short shank sometimes prevents the bait from seating far enough down to properly shut the cover. I love the Plano Edge boxes for the most part but this one needs to go back to the design team for some tweaks.
