    The whole top section broke off during 2 transit flights

    It's a beautiful looking rod case, I have the jumbo air of Plano which is great [except the wheels] . I bought it in Australia and was travelling with a transit flight. The entire head section broke off and by some miracle the airport handlers put some tape to secure it and protect my rods. The connecting hinge of the cap section is very weak and any small amount of pressure will break the entire head cover off. This need to be strengthened / come up with a more robust solution to hold the head cover. I had to do a complete retrofit of this section and hope it holds off. Technically please re think the top cover portion to improve the anchoring so that it docent snap.

    Broken handle

    Hey, the whole handle snapped. How would I get replacement parts? Just bought it.
