Was excited i had found a nice box that would last or thought so less than a year and front latch broke and now the trays just fall out disappointed to say the least and to put it nice

it broked after my second trip. very disapointed in the quality.

Bought in March of 2024 and in August the cover that says 787 on the front the latched cracked. Plano says you can get parts, but the don”t answer the phone or return your calls. I guess made out of plastic it was going to break. Customer service not good.
