    Broken transparent front flap on arrival, disappointing support

    Very disappointing experience.

    The case was delivered with a broken transparent front flap. The retaining tab was already broken off on arrival, which means the flap does not close properly.

    I then contacted German support and was simply told to deal with Amazon, because they say they are only a wholesaler and do not support end customers directly. For a global brand like Plano / Pure Fishing, that is a poor response.

    It is hard to understand why a company cannot provide a simple replacement for one small plastic flap and instead leaves the customer with the option of returning the entire case.

    Lower right front plastic door latch broken immediately

    Guide series tacklebox

    This by far as my favorite usable tacklebox and my go to now. The only problem is that one of the latches on the door broke after only having it a short amount of time. Looking for the replacement piece. Please help.
