    Recurring problem

    I am currently using your Model 861600 tackle box. This is the second one I have purchased--the first one sits in my basement where it is used for storage.

    I have had recurring problems with the handle releasing from the tackle box while carrying it. This has happened enough times that I am abandoning it and will buy a new tackle box, almost certainly NOT a Plano. This is the same problem I had with the prior one, now permanently located in my basement.

    This is most unfortunate as I like its size and its capacity, but having it drop on my foot when the handle fails is painful and I feel unnecessary without a design change.

    I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I've had it enough to call it quits.

    Tackle boxes for my Sons

    I ordered 2 tackle boxes for my sons. One tackle box was missing the drawer separator. A call to the PLANO helped desk quickly resolved the problem. Definitely recommend and buy again.
